Jayne specialises in working closely with a variety of customer driven businesses, planning bespoke, innovative programmes and one to one mentoring to enhance their staff skills.

Jayne has over twenty years experience in the field of customer care, working with individuals and businesses providing improvement resolutions in areas such as customer care, sales, leadership and personal effectiveness. Her background in customer care management in the airline industry and other customer focused premium businesses gives her valuable 'Hands On' experience in customer issues.

Specialising in designing and delivering tailored training courses, working with front line managers, team leaders and customer facing staff to improve business procedures and facilitate the staff’s own development in management, leadership, communication and customer care.

Through mystery shopping, Jayne conducts an analysis of your organisation and the thorough and comprehensive reporting and tracking metrics give an unbiased and honest representation of your customer’s overall experience and satisfaction, assisting your organisation to implement customer service solutions.
